Brian came to Body by Design at 58,  after losing 80lbs without surgery or medication.  Just hard work, dedication and good nutrition for a year.   But, he was stuck and couldn't lose any more weight.  
 
Within 7 months of training with Carlos Monge at Body by Design he lost an additional 100lbs!  Brian has kept the weight off and continues his training program today.
