We can't be alone in the Monge family! We recently found a way to stretch our dollar and our greens....making kale and spinach ice cubes! Adding kale or spinach ice cubes to veggie juices makes it colder and a little more enjoyable to drink and it won't end up be thrown in the trash can! Green Ice Cubes 3 cups of kale or spinach 1/2 cup water ** This process of blanching the greens helps to preserve the greens and prevent the enzymes from breaking down when frozen.
